Argon 18 undergoes organisational restructuring following recent CEO appointment

The recently appointed CEO of Argon 18, Martin Le Sauteur, has announced significant restructuring of the company’s product, sales and marketing departments aimed at better preparing the company for its next growth phase.

As previously announced, company founder Gervais Rioux will now fully concentrate on the vision, innovation and business development in the role of Founder and Chief Innovation Officer.

The restructuring sees Martin Faubert transition from head of R&D to become Vice-President of Product, where he will oversee the long-term life cycle of Argon 18’s products. Faubert will also keep in close contact with company partners and consumers to bring the brand’s innovations to life and ensure the success of its new products. Vincent Lemay will now co-ordinate Argon’s R&D Department.

Additionally, Tim McCulley, who joined the company in December 2017 as USA Director of Sales, is now appointed to North American Director of Sales and Strategies, while Jeff Hammond is confirmed as International Sales manager, a position he has been holding for some time now.

McCulley said: “I am excited to embrace the challenge and taking our strategies to all North America in support of our vision of creating great experiences for our partners and customers across the continent.”

Elsewhere in the company, Alain Pelletier steps up to become Argon’s new Marketing Director, who has been involved with the company for a number of years and brings over 15 years experience in advertising agencies.

Sauteur commented on the changes: “Argon 18 is a fantastic company with an exceptional growth period. This first organisational restructuring ensures that we are better prepared for what comes next. I’m fully confident that we will achieve great things together and take this company to new heights.”
