Cyclon showcases new range of plant-based lubes and cleaners
Cyclon has produced a 100% plant-based lube and cleaner range, tipped as a game changer by distributor The Cycle Division.
Although Cyclon has been producing biodegradable products since 1990, this new range of plant-based lubes and cleaners is another step forward. Cyclon’s new plant-based wax chain lube contains canola oil and this has been shown to give longer lubrication that petroleum-based oil, we’re told. Tests have also show a reduction in friction, resulting in significant wattage gain.
How do plant-based lubes or cleaners differ from a biodegradable product? Even when a product is biodegradable it can still leave toxic residue, behind but this does not happen with plant based products & the end product even has useful applications such as fertilisation.
With shops and customers prioritising sustainability, The Cycle Division believes the range is a perfect solution. Contact the firm directly for more details. For sales, email [email protected].
The Dutch cleaning and maintenance brand launched a belt drive specific spray last year, to increase the longevity of such systems.
