ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, GIANT CONCEPT STORE, CAMBRIDGE
In this key role you will be assisting the Store Manager to effectively manage and maintain a profitable and sales driven store. Working closely with all team members, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care both in the workshop and on the sales floor of our Giant Concept store in central Cambridge.
To fulfil this role, you will have a strong sales background, ideally gained within the cycle industry and preferably involving the management of other staff, with the ability to deliver on store KPI’s, as well as the achievement of budgeted sales and profit targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of self motivation are essential requirements.
