Looking after customers is our primary concern, as such we are looking for an individual who can respond in a timely and courteous manner as well as go “above and beyond” to ensure customer happiness rather than just customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Agent

Your role will be to assist customers with pre, and post purchase questions. The policy at stolen goat is to always put the situation right, in other words to make sure the customer is treated with respect and care such that they look forward to doing business with us. Your role will be to ensure this trust is upheld, no matter the situation.

stolen goat is online only and hence most of our communications are done via email and social media. As such you will be expected to engage with customers via email as well as via social media.

Predominantly you will be reacting to customers, occasionally you may be proactively reaching out to ensure all is well with the customer and their purchase.

Some customers like to phone into the office (less than 10%), so you will be expected to handle phone calls also.

On occasion you may also be expected to help at trade shows & exhibitions.

Note that this role comes with an optional customer service certification (up to level 3) course. In other words, training can be provided if required.

You’ll be empathetic and passionate about helping people. You’ll be comfortable multi-tasking and keen to learn more about different aspects of the company.

You’ll need,

Strong communication skills
The ability to use email and a PC in a timely manner
The ability to adapt to different customer characters
The ability to manage your time effectively
Great to have

A passion for outdoor sports e.g. cycling, running, climbing etc
Additional languages
Experience with CRM systems and practices

Salary: competitive with local rates for this position
Time off: 25 days per annum
Hours: 9-5, Mon-Fri
