In this key role you will be assisting the Store Manager to effectively manage and maintain a profitable and sales driven store. Working closely with all team members, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care both in the workshop and on the sales floor.
To fulfil this role, you will have a strong sales background, ideally gained within the cycle industry, with the ability to deliver on store KPI’s, as well as the achievement of budgeted sales and profit targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage others, as well as a high level of self motivation, are key requirements.
