Are you a digital native with top-notch communication skills? Do you know your CSS from your CMS and tell a trail bike from an Enduro bike?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the admin of our B2B platform and implementation of our retailer communication strategy. Liaising between the Marketing and Sales teams, you’ll ensure the timely delivery of product collateral, whilst delivering educational and informative content to help keep our retailers educated about our products and services.

You will also be key in the execution of our digital marketing campaigns, helping to publish and create campaigns across social media, email, B2B and B2C. You’ll utilise your communication skills to develop engaging and inspiring content, curating tone and style to match your audience.

As part of the wider Digital team, you will work closely with the Digital Lead to help deliver on our Integrated Marketplace project, helping to develop our on-going strategy across eCommerce and Click & Collect.

• Manage the UK B2B platform

• Own the retailer communication strategy across email and B2B

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to distribute content and collateral to retailers and riders

• Help to manage and maintain social media presence

• Assist the Digital Lead with the wider Integrated Marketplace project, including eCommerce and Click & Collect

• Work with the Head of Marketing and Digital Lead to execute the wider marketing strategy

• Aid the delivery of consumer-facing digital projects via email, paid search and social media

• Report and review data to help inform business decisions within the company


Experience - What you will need to Win

• 3 + Years of Experience within a content management/communications role

• Working knowledge of basics of CMS, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Ads/Analytics

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess excellent digital problem-solving

• Understanding of key marketing principals

• Experience of working in the cycling/outdoor industry desirable

• Self-motivated and able to work self-responsibly with little direct supervision and instruction

• Be friendly, flexible and representative

• Passion for cycling desirable but not essential


• 9am to 5.30pm (Equivalent Core Office Hours)

• 37.5 hours per week (1-hour lunch)

Language skills

• English (fluent).
