The company’s continuous expansion is due to sustained investment in its 160 people, 20,000+ products and impressive 145,000 sq ft infrastructure. Recent investments include a new R&D facility to house a 40-strong product team and a 24,000 sq ft extension to our distribution centre in Oxfordshire.

The Role

We wish to expand our Export Sales Team by recruiting a dynamic Export Business Development Executive (EBDE), capable of supporting our ambitious growth plans and grasping the opportunities for career progression. Their primary focus will be on our cycle business, so a passion for and understanding of the bicycle industry is highly desirable.

This international, predominantly field-based role involves extensive travel and regular time away from home, so a passport and a driving license are essential. It requires previous experience of both account management and new business development within a variety of customer types and sizes.

The EBDE will help to continually improve service levels to the company’s worldwide network of distributors and present confidently to their sales and purchasing teams. The aim is to maximise sales and market penetration in all countries.

Having already cut their teeth in a professional B2B selling role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Their career to date will provide example of self-discipline, self-motivation and a determination to succeed in a highly autonomous role.
