We are looking for a mechanic who has a real passion for road bikes and cycling. You'll need experience of building and servicing road bikes with a painstaking attention to detail.
Our shop specialises in building custom road & time-trial bikes at a high level, so experience of setting up Di2, eTap & EPS would be preferable. We're currently a small team of 3 and between us we do absolutely everything in the shop, so you'd be expected to muck in and do the crap jobs as well as the awesome ones. You'd also need to fill in on the shop floor occasionally, serve customers and provide advice as needed. Wheel truing & wheel building skills would be very handy but not essential.
Experience & skill beats actual qualifications.
This is what you'll be working on: https://gorillafirmcycling.com/custom-builds
If you think you fit the bill, send your C.V. and a covering letter addressed to Justine.
