The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following;
• Managing a team of cycle marshals on a daily basis.
• Assisting in recruitment, planning, scheduling and meetings.
• Organising and redistributing ofo bikes.
• Task prioritisation and delegation.
• Ensuring that our processes are followed and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Owning and taking responsibility for your assigned areas of the operations process.
• Ensuring ofo bikes and our parking sites are maintained and kept tidy at all times.
• Carrying out regular patrols of ofo zones.
• Regulate bike parking, ensure bikes are accessible and available to customers in popular locations.
• Monitoring and perform regular bike inspections, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.

You will have:
• An enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work.
• The ability to think on your feet and solve logistical problems.
• An understanding of the workings of bicycles and a basic knowledge of bicycle maintenance.
• The desire to learn new skills and adapt to the job.
• A desire to work outdoors with some office hours.
• Great communication skills.
• Happy to work independently and make decisions.
• Comfortable leaving a small team and delegating tasks.
• A positive attitude towards interactions with members of the public to resolve issues and assist new ofo users.
• Full, clean driving license.

Desirable:
• Ability and confidence to carry out bike maintenance work of all kinds.
• Full, clean driving license.

Preferred experience: Bicycle Maintenance: 1 year & Outdoor Working: 1 year.
Required licence or certification: Full UK Driving Licence.
Ofo is an accredited Living Wage Employer.
