Reporting direct to the Merchandiser, the Replenishment role is pivotal to the department success, effectively planning stock intake to optimise stock availability to support achieving, or exceeding, sales budgets.

• Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure suppliers conform to delivery KPI's, suggesting action plans to improve where necessary
• Input into Trading, Strategy & Sourcing meetings (stock availability, OTIF, intake bridges & stock gap analysis – overall supplier compliance)
• Full awareness of department best sellers – proactively raising concerns on order coverage whilst reducing overstocks on the tail, and vocalising over-stock risks
• Timely resolution of Invoice quantity discrepancies, determining the root cause and ensuring the best commercial outcome for the business

What experience would we like you to have?

Experience of Replenishment/Assistant Merchandiser within a similar retailer, or highly performing individual from within the business looking to progress. Must be exceptionally numeric with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in managing/liaising with a supply base preferable.
