We are looking for a passionate and skilled sales professional to join the Specialist Division at Dennis Publishing, representing the market-leading Cyclist brand.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the commercial success of the Cyclist brand within the Specialist division.

You will be required to devise and implement your own account strategy across a broad patch of tier-one cycling and lifestyle clients, maximising revenue across all platforms including print and digital display, partnerships, and events.

Utilising the resources of all other Dennis departments, you will be required to offer the highest level of insight, industry knowledge and strategic solutions to your clients.

You will report to the Senior Advertising Manager and work closely with the management team to shape the strategy and culture of the Cyclist brand.

Contacts within the cycling industry
Interest and understanding of road cycling
Ability to think creatively and outside of the box when devising solutions for your clients
Proven track record of delivering on sales targets & increasing YOY revenue
Comfortable creating market-leading Powerpoint/Google Slides sales pitches
Experienced presenter with the ability to think of and tailor solutions quickly
Experience in creating new revenue streams and new opportunities within (and outside of) your immediate business patch
An exceptional negotiator, you’ll have a true passion for presenting, building complex creative pitches and closing sales.
