We are looking for a motivated sales adviser with relevant experience and bike mechanic qualifications who is keen to develop their career in the cycle industry.

<strong>Role Summary:</strong>

Full time or part time depending on the needs of the right candidate.

To actively maximise turnover and profitability of the store and by providing the best e-bike retail experience in Cambridge continuing our hard work building great relationships with our customers.

To help in the workshop to ensure our delivery standards and promises to our customers are never missed.

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>

Demonstrate technical skills and suitable product knowledge and develop your skills as needed to provide sales advice on ebikes, accessories, parts and services. You will be required to provide sales and after sales support by email and phone.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers being attentive and inquisitive to ensure they receive the best advice, service and ultimately the best electric bike experience.

Work with our workshop to ensure competent delivery of orders, servicing and repairs. This will include repairs, PDI of  electric bikes and managing customer expectations based on our workshop calendar.

Stock – ordering, receiving goods in and working with suppliers to efficiently correct any discrepancies.

Regularly contribute to positive media and social media coverage.

Be an enthusiastic evangelist for electric bikes and an ambassador for your store and our company values.

<strong><u>Location:</u></strong>

The location is Cambridge but may require stays elsewhere for training.

<strong><u>REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB IN TERMS OF QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE:</u></strong>

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
<ol>
<li>Approximately 2-4 years of retail store experience.</li>
<li>Experience with a company in a related company sector.</li>
<li>A passion for cycling and knowledge of components would be valuable.</li>
<li>Demonstrate mechanical mindedness and technical aptitude.</li>
<li>A strong understanding of customer service and sales practices.</li>
<li>If applicable, a willingness to travel.</li>
<li>A proven ability to succeed in a retail environment.</li>
</ol>
