Job brief

We are looking for 2 competitive & experienced Sales Agents to develop sales strategies and attract new FELT Stockists. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve target. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of FELT Bicycles. As a sales agent, they will also research sales competition and have good knowledge of the Bicycle industry. This is a commission only role therefore you will need have a portfolio of brands already (non-conflicting).

• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Build and maintain productive long lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meetings, sales events and training's to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• Report and provide feedback on a weekly basis.
• Build and expand dealer database within your assigned territory.


• Proven sales experience within the Bicycle Industry
• Already have a good customer base with long standing relationships.
• Track record of over-achieving targets
• Have an existing portfolio of brands that do not conflict with FELT Bicycles.
• Computer use competency
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and driven
