Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Exeter Bike Workshop
Salary: £21,840.00 per annum

Julian House Bike Workshop is a growing chain of professional, ethical bike shops offering expert, affordable bike sales and servicing, with stores in Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge and Exeter.

These social enterprises offer the public affordable, new and refurbished bike sales and servicing, alongside unique opportunities for homeless and socially excluded people to train, gain confidence, work skills, and progress towards employment.

Our Exeter store opened in 2016 and has quickly established itself as a world-class bike shop with a range of exciting new bike brands and a reputation for excellent customer service, technical know-how, professional servicing and sales support.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take Exeter bike workshop to the next level of development as we continue to grow commercially, while making a real difference to people’s lives in the local community, by investing all profits in the charity Julian House.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the cycling and retail industry, with a passion for all types of bikes, with a level 2 Cytech qualification in cycle maintenance or equivalent.
In return you’ll get an excellent base salary, pension & benefits package and 20% staff discount.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week (includes Saturdays).
