Description
Kinetic Cycles are recruiting for a store manager for our dynamic shop in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate needs to have a passion for all forms of cycling and a good knowledge of bicycles, components and kit and comfortable selling to consumers at the higher-end of the market. The candidate must be polite, welcoming, communicative and outgoing with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Previous managerial experience preferred but not necessary. We would rather a passionate person with an ability to learn and adapt. Previous experience in a bicycle store environment a big plus. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop and needs to be willing to work Saturdays and potentially Sundays.
Responsibilities include:
Sales of road, mountain, hybrid, electric and kids’ bikes.
Stock ordering and stock management.
Sales report generation and analysis.
Maintaining shop displays.
Management of staff.
