STORE MANAGER, GRAND ARCADE STORE, CAMBRIDGE

This key managerial role heads up our Grand Arcade store in the heart of Cambridge. Effectively managing and maintaining a profitable and sales driven store, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care both in the workshop and on the sales floor.
To fulfil this role you will have a strong sales background, most probably gained within the cycle industry, including management of a team of staff, with the ability to deliver on store KPI’s, as well as the achievement of budgeted sales and profit targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of self motivation are essential requirements.
