Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a full-time studio coordinator to provide support to our photography and video production team. You will be responsible for booking product samples to be photographed, coordinate product workflows for the shoot teams to meet deadlines in line with the photography schedule. This role involves working closely with the studio photographer and requires the individual to have an exceptional eye for detail and good organisational skills.

Your Main Responsibilities

Book in product samples to be photographed, coordinate product workflows for the shoot teams to meet deadlines in line with the photography schedule
Help organise and ensure all props/sets are purchased/prepared prior to shoot
Help organise assets created and ensure they reach the correct parties
Editing photos and uploading them to our e-commerce platform
Provide coordination support to the studio photographer
Maintain an accurate log of internal stock requests and orders, as well as sample/demo stock from brands and suppliers.
Coordinate the sample requests and logistics for internal and third-party requirements
Assist in ad hoc duties as set out by the studio photographer, photography team and management.
Assist on set when required to prep products before shoots
Be responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace

Desirable Traits To Demonstrate

Have a good understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Have knowledge of the Sigma Sports brand
Have experience in a similar role or environment
Have excellent Google Workspace and/or MS Office skills (i.e. Word and Excel)

£20,000 per annum. Salary subject to skills, experience and/or qualifications.

Full-time, 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays). Increase in holiday allowance to 33 days with length of service.
