Porsche eBike Performance begins recruitment drive

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH has begun 2023 just as the wider Porsche business moved in 2022. With regards to eBikes; at a significant pace.

Now formally established as a business unit, the organisation is expanding. That means new hires, to build out on the organisational capabilities, and enhance capacity.

Currently, the business is actively looking for “software and test engineers, a Director Drive Systems and a Team Leader Technical Support—just to name a few. The new year should open up even more job opportunities at Porsche eBike Performance. A new year—for new challenges in a dynamic market.” All open vacancies can be found via the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH website

Since then, the clear focus has been on forming a new organizational architecture and new processes.”

“Many diverse worlds have come together: corporate structure meets start-up spirit—speaking for myself, this has been one of the most exciting challenges I have had the privilege to manage. The Fazua and Greyp Bikes brand units have been integrated under a shared umbrella, affording us the opportunity to hone our profile, define synergies and successfully implement them in seminal projects.”

Concluding, Dr Becker comments, “In all of these endeavours, communication plays a crucial role—both externally between us and our partners and internally between existing, expanding and newly created teams.”

The wider Porsche business has been actively engaged in a variety of eMobility industry partnerships, including venture capital activity, seeing Porsche Ventures invest in Laka, with the insurance provider entering the German market.

Of the partnership, Patrick Huke, Head of Porsche Ventures Europe & Israel comments, “The increasing digitization and variety of sustainable mobility offers leads to the need for an innovative and customer-centric offer in the field of digital insurance. With the investment and partnership, we are pleased to support a strong team that is addressing the global insurance market with a unique, highly adaptable and digital business model, which focuses above all on the customer experience.”
