The Workshop Services Manager role will strengthen & support its customer focused retail team. The successful applicant will be able to deliver efficient workshop management, 1st class mechanical skills & class leading customer service. Qualified to a Cytech Technical standard, & e-bike technical experience from Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Mahle, Brose, Fazua is preferred, although specific training in all areas will be provided to the successful candidate.

Located in Paddington, the role of Bike Builder/ Sales Assistant will be instrumental in helping the group grow the demand across all categories of the business.

EDEMO Electric bikes are growing significantly year on year and is looking for an E-Bike Technician to assemble, service and deliver bikes. The role will require the candidate to act as an ambassador for EDEMO and provide an exceptional customer experience including aftersales advice and support.

Hoops Walton is on the hunt for a Customer Sales Advisor to join its team in Surrey. The role will involve providing a great shopping experience to customers ensuring that their needs and requirements are met. Other duties include , arranging stock and helping to organise orders and deliveries.

Finally, Sigma Sports is looking to hire a Buying Admin Assistant to join its expanding purchasing team. This diverse position plays an important role in the day to day operation of the purchasing team at Sigma Sports, with the opportunity for the right person to develop their purchasing skills and administrative experience.

Sigma Sports is also on the look out for a Warranty Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and checking the incoming warranty items on a daily basis from customers for exchange, refund or other. PC literacy is essential to this role. Additionally, the candidate should have at least two years experience in a full time cycling industry role.
