Time Sport once again seeks buyer as deal falls through

Time Sport is once again reportedly seeking a buyer as a former agreement with WhaTTfornow fell through late in September.

Local news sources report that French upstart WhaTTfornow was unable to raise the necessary funding required to acquire the desired segments of the business, which has a history of producing high-ticket bikes, frames and own-label pedals.

According to Bike Europe, as recently as mid-September WhaTTfornow’s CEO François Guers had expressed confidence in bringing the Time Sport business under the the roof of a Rummily-based factory where his staff are already assembling some products.

The current owner, Rossignol, are said to be in discussions with other potential suiters, though have yet to go public with any further detail. Rossignol are also the parent to the Felt Bicycles bike brand.
