Eurobike works on conference programme with CIE, CONEBI & ZIV
Eurobike will present top-class specialist programmes just as the new cycling season starts, with topics ranging from current bike challenges, the economy, the ecomobility industry, and the promising developments.
Speakers from across the globe will gather to give their insights to help develop the industry across the three trade visitor days, spanning from June 25th to June 27th. The programme was launched in close collaboration with CIE, CONEBI, ZIV, Zukunft Fahrrad, and VSF who are the association partners.
Day one will be The Industry and Start Up day, kicking off the 33rd Eurobike. Policy issues and potential development opportunities will be addressed on this day. Marianne Weinreich will kick off the day, being an expert in cycling policy and promotion, she is well positioned to give good insight having been advising cities and municipalities for over 20 years and being the co-founder of Cycling Embassy of Denmark.
Wasilis von Rauch, Zukunft Fahrrad managing director, said: “Every year, Eurobike is a highlight for the bike industry. Together with the other bicycle associations, we are creating a strong program that focuses on the central future topics of our industry. I am looking forward to exciting discussions and valuable insights, particularly regarding the European and German leasing market. Company bike leasing is a success model for the entire industry that we need to further consolidate and strengthen politically.”
The following day will be the Mobility Convention, highlighting the challenges involved with transitioning to sustainable mobility for municipalities, companies, and institutions. Strategic mobility management will also be showcased as a way to anchor sustainable solutions. There will be an increased focus on interdisciplinary networking.

Cargo bikes have a large role to play in the economic and sustainable mobility transition, with the Cargo Academy taking place on the Thursday afternoon. This will talk about market developments, regulations, and opportunities for integrating cargo bikes across various industries.
Women In Cycling will round off the conference programme, along with Pink Thursday, and guided tours. Work meetings on bike tourism, ecomobility, and the cargo bike scene will bring the event to a close. Bike tourism will be highlighted by the Bike Travel Forum and Gravel Talk.#
