European FAZUA training tour lined up for retailers

Seven countries, 40 stops… the latest FAZUA Training Tour begins soon, heading through Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain and the UK.

Promising to combine informative theory with practical training, the sessions will provide detailed insights into the FAZUA RIDE 60 drive system and associated diagnostic software.

Retailers will also have the opportunity to become FAZUA Certified Partners. Such partners have access to the entire spare parts range and the FAZUA Advanced Toolbox. In case of service, Certified Partners also profit from prioritised repair throughput, and are listed in the official FAZUA retailer search, we’re told.

A maximum of two tickets per specialised retailer are available, with training materials included in the price.

“With the FAZUA Training Tour, we want to address workshop staff and sales personnel,” explains Heiko Böhle, Sales & After Sales Director at Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. “That’s why our content is attuned to precisely these target groups, and it includes detailed training information about the FAZUA RIDE 60 drive system and the associated “FAZUA Toolbox Software Advanced” diagnostic software.” In addition, relevant content about app and connectivity, service and marketing will be shared.

As of early 2024, Upgrade Bikes handles UK distribution duties for the FAZUA brand. The drive manufacturer is part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH.
