FAZUA partners with Upgrade Bikes in the UK

FAZUA is joining forces with Upgrade Bikes in the UK. From January 2024, the distributor will take on complete fulfilment of after-sales and warranty claims.

Upgrade Bikes will be responsible for UK distribution and sales of FAZUA spare parts and will carry out both warehousing the delivery of products. Once the partnership gets underway, dealers and end consumers alike will be able to place their orders at Upgrade’s website and benefit from fast delivery from Upgrade HQ. Technical support will continue to be provided by customer service at HQ in Ottobrunn.

FAZUA said the UK is an important target market. Heiko Bohle, Director Sales and After-Sales at Porsche eBike Performance, said: “We look forward to working with the team at Upgrade Bikes. In addition to the new distribution partnership, the FAZUA brand – part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH, will offer dealers int eh UK local field support through Matthew Gilliver. Gilliver is a passionate cyclist with over 20 years’ experience in the industry and extensive know-how on the subject of training and support.
