We are seeking to appoint a full-time Customer Services Advisor & Repair Technician. This role is based at our offices in Tebay, Cumbria.

Key responsibilities:
Administration
- Inspect, record and test warranty claims across our brand portfolio
- Provide feedback on and respond to warranty claim queries via phone and email
- Respond to other queries relating to products, orders and deliveries via phone and email
- Negotiate resolutions
- Process all returns using our CRM system
Operations
- Carry out repairs on returned products where appropriate in-line with brand sustainability aims
- Ensure repairs are carried out to a high quality and in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of spare parts for the repair workshop
- Ensure the smooth running of the workshop area(s)
- Maintain technical, brand and product knowledge and qualifications (where applicable)
