Wahoo B2B revamped and sales support bolstered for retail partners

Wahoo Fitness has unveiled a number of trade updates which have been designed to improve UK retailer sales, support and customer service. These handily coincide with the launch of the GoPro x Wahoo ELEMNT Bike Computer integration.

The Wahoo B2B website has been comprehensively overhauled following retailer feedback. Spearheaded by Ben Keenan, UK Country Manager for Wahoo, the new site is designed to be much more intuitive, making navigation simpler and order processing faster. This improvement allows Wahoo’s retail partners to spend more time with customers and less time on administrative tasks, the firm said.

Furthermore, Wahoo is offering free shipping on all orders made via the Wahoo B2B website. Previously, orders had to be over £750 to waive the £15 shipping fee. Wahoo said: “This new approach is aimed at providing greater convenience and cost savings for their valued retail partners and customers.”

The trade announcements also include new sales support initiatives, including Enhanced Wahoo Product Training Programmes, exclusive early access product previews and increased marketing resources. There’s also a buy-in window, with exclusive offers available (until 14 June).

Bruce Sandell, Wahoo’s Head of Global Partnerships, has taken on responsibility for the UK Sales Team and Strategy, working with UK Country Manager Ben Keenan and Reece Pringle, North UK Territory Brand Manager –  to strengthen the successful team in this key growth territory for Wahoo.

Earlier this year, Wahoo appointed a new CEO (Gareth Joyce), less than a year after the company unveiled a new capital structure, with Founder Chip Hawkins back driving the changes after a difficult period for the firm.
