Ananda hosts technical training day for European dealers
Ananda recently held a technical training day at its headquarters, with plans to expand the training programme next year.
On 12 October, Ananda hosted 40 dealers at its European headquarters in Arnhem for a technical training day combining technical knowledge, hands-on experience with the Ananda Link diagnostic platform and an introduction to the company’s service and warehouse operations.
The first part of the programme focused on Ananda’s approach to service. Participants were introduced to the different eBike systems and learned how service is integrated throughout the organisation. For retailers, Ananda’s call centre in the Netherlands serves as the first point of contact for technical questions and support. In addition to Dutch and English, dealers can receive assistance in German and French. The call centre is also supported by field service specialists and the product team at Ananda’s headquarters.
The company also ran a workshop on Ananda Link, during which dealers learned how to carry out system inspections, identify potential issues and perform diagnostic procedures. At the end of the training, all participants received an Ananda Link tool to take back to their workshops.
“With a day like this, we want to show dealers that we are here to support them and that our technical team is always accessible when they need assistance,” said Ruben Brinkman, Marketing Coordinator at Ananda.
The training formed part of Ananda’s European Dealer Training Tour 2026, which aims to provide dealers with the knowledge and tools needed for diagnostics, servicing and customer support.
Looking ahead, Ananda is further strengthening its support for dealers with a new service partnership model, which the company plans to officially roll out next year. The model will allow bike shops to become officially certified Ananda partners, offering benefits including preferential purchasing terms for parts, additional annual training and branding support.
