Beeline Connect links bike brands’ servicing to local mechanics
Beeline Connect has launched an embedded online service scheduling functionality for bike brands that will link their consumers to local workshops, who will gain from referred set up and service work.
Lined up already, brands like Rad Power Bikes, Alchemy Bikes and Lectric eBikes are ready to forward their service work as consumers who have bought online look for assistance.
Consumers will be able to use each brand’s website to search a network of over 1,700 bicycle shops registered where Beeline Connect operates.

We love how Beeline has made the experience native to our website while allowing each bike shop to set their own menu of service items and pricing.”
For the bike shop there is a simple opt in for the servicing work, with brands each store choose to work with manually selected. Shops can then set their own service menu and pricing structures, plus take control of the number of appointments they’d be willing to accept via the online scheduling platform.
Shop scheduling is managed through Beeline Connect’s platform and is available to all U.S. bicycle retailers with a free Bridge subscription.
