The company helps cyclists ship their bikes around the world for events, holidays and work travel to meet the shipping needs of bike shops, tour operators and other cycling industry partners.’s president, William Alcorn, said: “It’s rewarding to have helped half a million cyclists ship their bikes, and we’re grateful to our customers for appreciating and using our service. It feels like just yesterday that we were celebrating having shipped 50,000 bikes.

Established in 2009, the shipping service reached previous milestones of 100,000 cyclists served in 2016 and 200,000 served in 2017.

Customers can Schedule shipments 24 hours a day, seven days a week via mobile phone, tablet or desktop. Individuals pack their bike in a cardboard bike box, hard-sided bike case or soft padded bike travel bag, or are encouraged to hire a bike shop from the company’s shop directory to pack the bike for them.
