Boost Bikes to debut storage-friendly mini-bike at CIN LIVE 2025
Boost is stepping into new territory with the launch of its first complete bike: the Boost mini-bike. The model will make its full debut at CIN LIVE 2025, where visitors can see it in person and place pre-orders ahead of its release.
The Boost mini-bike has been designed from the ground up to balance practicality with fun, offering a versatile solution for riders looking for an easy way to get around town. Storage-friendly features are central to its design as the handlebars can rotate 90 degrees to sit flat against a wall, while folding pedals reduce the bike’s footprint to just 25cm, ideal for narrow hallways and compact living spaces.
Despite its small size, the Boost mini-bike is engineered to handle like a full-sized bike, giving confidence to new and casual riders. It comes with hydraulic disc brakes, 8-speed Shimano gears, a kickstand and multiple mounting points, ensuring fuss-free daily use. Its BMX-inspired styling, paired with a choice of brightly coloured wheels, adds a sense of playfulness to the design, while a one-size-fits-most frame caters for riders from 150 to 187cm tall.
The bike is available in two versions: pedal power only (RRP £600) or an electric model (RRP £1,250). Both are convertible between modes, with the eBike version using Boost’s proven 250W system, offering up to 42Nm of torque. The 252Wh battery delivers a range of 20–25 miles in Boost mode or up to 35 miles in Eco mode, and can be controlled via a smartphone app or an optional wireless display.
Safety has also been prioritised, with Boost partnering with BatteryIQ to integrate its smart Battery Management System. The technology provides advanced monitoring and protection, allowing riders to check battery health via Bluetooth and receive extra reassurance about safety and reliability.
CIN LIVE 2025 will mark the first public showing of the Boost mini-bike, with pre-orders opening on the Sunday (14 September) of the event. In addition, Boost is offering a special deal for bike shops and dealers attending the show: £1,000 ex VAT per eBike conversion kit when ordering three units.
