COREbike preview: Eovolt folding eBikes

French folding electric bike brand Eovolt will be at COREbike with UK distributor Pinpoint CE, showcasing all updated for 2023 models.

Founded in 2018, the brand believe that a folding electric bike is the ultimate solution for individuals looking for versatile and convenient transportation options. With nearly 24,000 bikes sold, through more than 600 stores across Europe, the brand has also recently raised €16 million to accelerate production.

As a brand, Eovolt is known for its French expertise, delivering high-quality products that are constantly improving. All design, assembly and after-sales service are handled in-house at the brands own factory, located in Lyon. The location means results in a short lead time, ensuring year-round stock availability in the UK. The brand is also known for supporting its retail partners with strong margins, market leading warranty, staff training, and in-store POS.

UK retailers already stocking Eovolt include, amongst others, The Electric BIke Shop, and Wheelbase. For retailers exploring eBike options as new additions to their product range, 2023 will see the brand launch a retailer demonstration bike scheme.

At COREbike the brand will be showcasing 3 bike models of various sizes to fulfil all urban mobility needs. Each of our models are equipped with a torque sensor, a comfortable Selle Royale saddle, and a convenient rear rack.

The Morning is ideal for commuting, with its 16-inch wheels, 4 gears, and lightweight design. Easily combined with other modes of transportation you can even take it into the office, with its compact and easily stored design.

The Afternoon is the brand’s bestseller features 20-inch wheels, 7 gears and a range of up to 50 miles / 75km, ideal for both commuting and leisure cycling.

Folded up in 10 seconds makes it easy to store in the boot of a car or motorhome.

It’s now 2.1kg lighter, based on feedback from customers who deemed weight as the most important factor.

The Evening is a step-through bike with 7 gears and 24-inch wheels, offering easy handling thanks to its curved handlebars, designed for those who require a bike that can be easily stored in a hallway or even a garage.

2023 upgrades, across the range, have seen bikes reduce weight whilst maintaining the 50 mile / 75km range for both Afternoon (now 2.1Kg lighter) and Evening, whilst the Morning sees changes to cockpit design focused on improved ride feel, and  folding design improvement for ease of locking.
