eBike brand EBCO recruiting for Head of Marketing

With the ongoing global growth of eBikes, EBCO Ltd, the UK distributor of EBCO and Corratec eBikes, is looking to hire a Head of Marketing.

The business, recognized as one of the leading supplier of e-bikes in the UK, has recently been taken over by an £8 billion pound organization, TVS motors, also owners of Norton Motorcycles.

As a result, the business is currently looking to expand their team, and operations, enabling the business to accelerate it’s growth plans.

EBCO are looking for a multiskilled marketer with a blend of creative genius, technical knowledge, marketing fundamentals, and team-building prowess who’ll relish the opportunity to make big things happen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing the marketing strategy; planning, co-ordinating and communicating our marketing efforts to stakeholders and team members and building our brand reach to new levels and new markets.

Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, the role will be both strategic and operational, with the benefit and ability to outsource various operational elements of the workload.

Candidates will have:

• A keen passion for communicating the company’s story, and their brand values, as well as ensuring the customer experience is second to none.
• Be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, as well as excellent design and copywriting skills.
• A very clear vision on what the marketing strategy will return to the business by way of revenue increase and brand awareness.

Focus will be on identifying marketing wins across our existing channels, together with optimizing the online and in-person customer journey, reviewing site performance, developing SEO strategy, overseeing PPC and Paid channels, managing website development and design, reporting and tracking spends and performance; in short owning all aspects of the marketing function.

The position offers a salary range of £55,000 – £65,000
