e*thirteen opens UK office + UK website

e*thirteen has opened its UK office at a new location in Nottingham, including a complete service centre and also operating as e*thirteen’s exclusive wholesale distribution point for the UK’s trade and consumer customer base.

“We are excited to finally be all-in in the UK,” said e*thirteen CEO Joel Peters. “This move underscores our commitment to engineering game-changing products and providing industry-leading customer service.”

The new facility, run by industry veteran Joe Poyzer, began operations on 1 June 2023. Joining Poyzer in customer service will be World Cup downhill racer Roger Vieira. For over six years, the pair have worked together running their World Cup race team and promoting multiple international brands for former distributor Moore Large. Effective immediately the location is taking orders for the UK market.

Supporting e*thirteen’s new UK facility is their new UK website, where consumers can learn more, get support, find shops, and order directly.

Joe Poyzer said: “The opportunity to work with e*thirteen as their leading UK figure was too good to turn down. After working at Moore Large for the past 15 years I feel as though I’ve gained enough experience to make this next step in my career. The new products in the pipeline are so exciting and the rest of the e*thirteen global family have been so welcoming.”

Roger Vieira added: “I’m super stoked to be part of the e*thirteen family. It’s amazing to work for such a great company that understands my racing career and values my work ethic. To stay in touch with so many customers I already have good relationships with is also a huge plus.Continuing to be involved in the bike industry is so important to me as it’s supported me and my family for over 20 years.”

The new facility expands e*thirteen’s reach with locations now in Petaluma, California; Traunstein, Germany; Taichung, Taiwan; and Nottingham, UK.
