Eurobike reveals revamped structure for 2026 Show

Eurobike is set to return to Messe Frankfurt in 2026 with a streamlined schedule and refreshed participation model aimed at better serving the needs of the cycling industry.

Running from 24 to 27 (Wednesday to Saturday) June 2026, the event will be shortened from five days to four, a move designed to cut costs while placing a stronger emphasis on B2B engagement.

The decision to remove the Sunday consumer day, introduced in 2022 following the show’s relocation to Frankfurt, reflects a strategic pivot back to its trade roots. Instead, the show will end on Saturday with the popular Festival Day.

“We understand the current economic pressures facing the industry,” said Stefan Reisinger, Managing Director at fairnamic, the show’s organiser. “By shortening the duration and introducing more accessible participation packages, we’re aiming to make Eurobike a sustainable and compelling platform for innovation and industry exchange.”

One of the key changes for 2026 will be the introduction of new exhibiting formats, especially designed to make the show more attractive to complete-bike brands and manufacturers who may have stepped back from participation in recent years. These flexible, all-inclusive packages are expected to open the door for more brands to return to the show floor.

Retailers will also be in the spotlight. Eurobike is reviving its invitation system for retailers across Germany and Europe – previously branded “Retail First”. The updated scheme allows exhibitors to invite key specialist retailers free of charge, enhancing opportunities for targeted business networking.

The show layout will also evolve in line with these strategic adjustments. Halls 11 and 12 will remain the primary base for bicycle and eBike manufacturers, along with component and accessory suppliers. Meanwhile, Hall 8 will bring together exhibitors that operate across both the cycling and e-mobility sectors, enhancing thematic clarity and professional depth.

Adding to the refreshed show experience will be Mobifuture, a standalone format co-located at Eurobike, focused on future mobility solutions.

“The relevance of lightweight, compact and efficient ecomobiles is increasing around the globe. New manufacturers and vehicles are entering the market; innovations, new target groups and use cases are emerging. We see this as growing potential and the right time for a more independent positioning in addition to the bicycle and pedelec universe,” said Martina Rumschick, Head of Brand and Content at Eurobike.
