Canyon launches MyCanyon customisation programme in Europe

Canyon has expanded its customisation offering with the European launch of MyCanyon, allowing cyclists to create bikes that reflect their personal style and performance needs.

Following successful rollouts in North America and Asia earlier this year, the MyCanyon programme enables riders to tailor their bikes across three core areas: fit, function and aesthetics.

For fit, customers can fne-tune comfort by selecting the saddle and stem length to match their riding position. For function, customers can choose custom groupsets, wheels and tyres.

And when it comes to aesthetics, customers can pick from three frame artwork collections—Fabrio, Mano, or Opus, the latter designed by artists Elena Salmistraro and Felipe Pantone. A personalised name sticker can also be added for a finishing touch.

Currently, MyCanyon customisation is available exclusively on Aeroad CFR models—Canyon’s aero road bike used by professional riders. To complement the programme, Canyon has also introduced several new component options that further boost performance.

One of the key upgrades is the aero handlebar drops (CP0048/49), which position riders lower for a more compact and aerodynamic stance—potentially saving up to 14 watts of power. There are also two new wheelsets available: the DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT 55 mm, featuring a new V-rim shape, 22 mm inner width and Aerolite II spokes for optimal climbing and handling; and the Zipp 454 NSW C1, an upgraded version of its predecessor with a 53–58 mm wave-shaped rim profile, 23 mm internal width, ZR1 SL hubs and ceramic bearings, shaving 30 grams off the previous model.

The entire process, from customisation to checkout, is handled on Canyon.com or via the Canyon App, both available in local languages. The digital platform features a 3D augmented reality tool that allows users to view their personalised build in real-world settings, rotating the bike to see details from different angles.

After placing an order, customers can track their bike’s assembly progress in real-time through the Canyon App, offering a transparent and engaging experience from concept to completion.
