Hampshire’s Abbotts Ann Cycles suffers extensive break in

Independent bike shop Abbotts Ann Cycles of Hampshire last night suffered a break in which saw an extensive fleet of high-end off road bikes taken.

Offering a £2,000 reward to information leading to a conviction, the shop remains closed today as it patches up the damage caused.

The store said: “All these bikes are very distinctive and very rare so please keep your eyes open for anything on eBay etc. The thieving scum have targeted a particular type of bike ignoring everything else. These bikes will surface somewhere at one of the trail parks/downhill sites.”
