Distributed for the last 8 years in the UK, Kali Protectives is now looking for Independent Sales Agents to build this progressive and innovative brand in the UK based on the model used in the USA and throughout Europe.

We are passionate about helmet safety. Utilizing our Composite Fusion Technology and by working closely with the Imperial College of London we have developed the only DOT certified MTB helmet. We are continuing to push the future of helmet design in all segments of the market including MTB, Road, Urban and Youth
We are looking for three or four agents, ideally with existing territories and with a small portfolio of complimentary brands to build Kali in the UK.
To maximize sales through your dealer network, you will also need to support and be proactive with brand marketing, conduct product training and participate at trade and consumer events.
There is a very competitive, uncapped commission rate of 12% for this 100% results driven opportunity, with the extra benefit of no charge for your samples. With a retailer margin up to 58% and UK specific marketing budget secured for 2017, this is a good opportunity to get on board with a long-term agency.
Successful applicants will need:
- Ability to demonstrate time and territory management.
- Commitment for long-term strategy to build the brand.
- Professional B2B sales experience, with retail knowledge.
- Results driven communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the cycle market, preferably with existing dealer base.
