Joe Tivey joins Moore Large to cover the North and Scotland

Moore Large has announced the appointment of Joe Tivey as its North and Scotland area sales manager covering for bicycle brands Forme, Tern, Wethepeople, and Radio.

Joe has more than a decade of experience developing and representing brands within the hospitality sector and joins Moore Large at a critical point in its growth.

On accepting the role, Joe comments, “I am thrilled to be joining Moore Large at such a pivotal point. As environmental, economic, and health benefits continue to be key drivers behind interest in cycling, there is an enormous growth opportunity for independent bike retailers across the UK.”

“A fundamental part of the Moore Large ethos is retaining our friendly, family focus throughout the business, despite rapid growth – which will be integral to my new role, working closely with our customers to exceed expectations.”

As part of a strategy to accelerate bicycle sales in the North, Joe will work closely with Cheryl Miller, internal account executive – who had previously covered the territories Joe will now oversee – to better understand their customer requirements and empower independent dealers to increase sales.

Sales Director Adam Biggs said, “I am delighted to introduce Joe to our rapidly growing team at Moore Large. Our in-store representation has developed rapidly over the last three to four years. Joe’s experience, likable demeanour, and can-do attitude will no doubt enable him to build some great relationships with our retailers in the very near future.”
