Velotech Services hired as Parlee’s UK representative

U.S-based manufacturer Parlee Cycles has announced the hire of Velotech Services to exclusively represent the company throughout the UK.

Velotech will act as Parlee’s UK agent, supporting the manufacturer within the UK dealer network and helping it introduce products to the market during 2019.

Founded 16 years ago, Parlee Cycles manufactures performance carbon bicycles that are sold through independent dealers.

Steve Thomas, sales manager of Parlee Cyles said, “We are excited to have Robin and his Velotech team representing Parlee.  Parlee Cycles is growing rapidly and we are thrilled to have a pro sales agency on the ground in the UK. Velotech’s experience and commitment to the independent dealer channel aligns with our goals.”

Velotech Services was established 2001, with the aim of supplying the Road and Triathlon market with performance bicycles and components. The bike company, which is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, has previously made a case for the benefits of IBD’s working with smaller distributors.

Velotech will exhibit Parlee bikes at the NEC Cycle Show, taking place next week.
