The organisers of the inaugural Sea Otter Europe have spoken of strong industry interest, with over 200 labels set to participate in the festival area.
With the likes of Giant, Cannondale, Cipollini, Cube and Scott enrolled ahead of the June 2nd to 4th event, visitors will be able to interact with demo fleets across a number of test zones, including a circular 4-kilometre route through wooded terrain, which is particularly suited for testing XCO and Enduro bikes. Dedicated tracks for electric bikes and mountain bikes also feature on the map.
With the Costa Brava region dubbing 2017 Cyclotourism year, Sea Otter’s European edition will mimic the vibe of the U.S. original, encouraging visitors to get out and explore the region. Laid out to be a purely social event, the Sea Otter will celebrate the passion for cycling and offer an extensive line-up of sports and cycle-tourism events, in addition to the profusion of cycling-related activities that will draw people interested in making purchases.
Exhibition space remains available for the European debut, which trade members can apply for here.
