Sinter launches Bedding In Machine and Combo Pack at Eurobike
Slovenia based performance braking specialist Sinter have announced 2 new products will be shown at Eurobike.
First up is the Sinter disc brake pad bedding in machine, designed and developed for easier and shorter bed-in times for bike brake pads.
- Compatible with all bikes and all disc brake systems.
- Repeatable and customisable bed in procedures are easy
to set up. - Features 2 aluminium rollers, driven by a 0.6kW motor.
- Maximum velocity 23lm/H (15mph).
The brand points out that, with a wide variety of different compounds on the market, it makes it harder for users and service professionals to properly bed in pads, resulting in lower performance and poor user experience. The bedding in machine ensures customers experience optimal braking performance from the first ride.
The second of the Eurobike launches is the Sinter Combo Pack, which mixes Green s2032 and Blue s530
compounds for ultimate off road braking performance.
Sinter points out that you can benefit from mixing compounds to achieve the optimal characteristics suited to your riding style. Where front and rear brakes don’t need to use the same pads:
- Green s2032 gives unbeatable stopping power with high levels of control to the front brake
- Blue s530 is designed for scrubbing speed on steep descents on the rear.
The Combo Pack is available for Shimano D Type and SRAM Code / Guide, with Green s2032 on the front providing high initial bite and silent performance with exceptional feedback, whilst Blue s530 on the rear gives long life from it’s wear resistant compound.
