Specialized has debuted a newly built online portal for ordering and identifying spare parts, as well as tracking down technical documents for its products.
The Technical Service Website documents service parts for individual models, technical documents well as being home to instructional guides, videos and other tech resources.
Furthermore, the TSW allows dealers to order parts by linking products back to the B2B, allowing shops to order the spare parts identified. As such, the TSW will act as a replacement for the traditional listing of spare parts on the B2B in the traditional manner.
