Taipei Cycle D&I awards 2025 entry closes soon
Entry to the Taipei Cycle Show D&I awards 2025 closes soon, with final applications needing to be in by the 27th of December, 2024. The event is inviting innovators to showcase their designs and compete for recognition on a global platform.
The gold award is up for grabs for the most exceptional entries, this will celebrate the pinnacle of achievement in cycle design. The gold award – startup is a sub-category which will recognise the most promising newcomer on the scene.
Another category of award is the gold award – green prize, which will be handed to the product that best meets the 3R principles, those being reduce, reuse, and recycle. This award was first introduced in 2023 and aims to highlights companies that exemplify outstanding innovation in sustainable development with regard to manufacturing, materials, and usage processes.
Applications across the globe are being reviewed and highlight the growing momentum of innovation within cycling. Environmental sustainability along with electric bikes are central themes to this year’s awards, with designers recognising and responding to customer for more efficient and sustainable rides.
The 2025 edition of the awards will take place alongside the Taipei Cycle Show, taking place between March 26th until March 29th. A panel of judges will evaluate submissions based on parts, materials, functionality, and sustainable design.
