Time Sport launches new cycling shoe line after 6 year absence
French cycling brand, Time Sport, has announced a return to cycling shoe creation after a six-year absence with the launch of its new Osmos performance road shoe line.
The line includes three new models suitable for both enthusiasts and top-end racers, designed and created in Montebelluna, Italy. The Time Osmos 15, 12 and 10, combined with the brand’s road pedals, provide a comfort, support and stiffness combination to achieve maximum pedalling efficiency.
The brand’s development of the last, the inner sole, the materials, and the technologies is geared towards the very specific movement of pedalling. In the past, Time’s shoes have seen a number of professional wins, including the Tour de France, Giro, and World Championships, and the likes of Greg Lemond, Miguel Indurain and Thomas Voeckler, amongst others.
Ryan Green, Global Brand Manager at Time, said: “Our return to the shoe market is incredibly exciting for all of us at Time, and we’re confident long-time fans of the brand and plenty of newcomers will be thrilled with the products. Our decades of history, especially in the critical touchpoint of the shoe-pedal interface, has given us unequalled knowledge and expertise in how to optimise power transfer at the source.
“And regardless of what pedals you use, the Osmos line will optimise that power transfer while keeping your feet well supported and comfortable, no matter your level of riding or how long you go.”
The full line of OSMOS shoes is available now online and at select Time dealers.
