Upgrade links up with Workshop by bikebook on network integration
Digital platform Bikebook is continuing to forge industry links and is now working with Upgrade Bikes, offering a direct integration into the Workshop by bikebook platform.
This collaboration allows retailers and workshops to quickly and easily stay on top of inventory thanks to a fully integrated, live supplier catalogue, said the firm. In practice, this will mean that any retailer or workshop using Workshop by bikebook, the brand’s all-in-one CRM, workflow and booking tool tailored specifically for bicycle businesses, will have a direct link with Upgrade Bikes to see stock levels, build out inventory and easily control stock in line with job requirements.
“We’ve been impressed with the Bikebook setup from the outset, and have watched it develop and grow – and we’re really pleased to integrate our product offering here at Upgrade Bikes to help our dealers,” said Mark Noble, Head of Marketing at Upgrade bikes. “.We carry a wide range of upgrades, spares, workshop essentials, and a range of after-care products from genuine brands – we always recommend using genuine brand goods fitted by trained mechanics, so this integration should help everyone out.”
Upgrade Bikes joins a roster of leading distributors and suppliers integrated in the Workshop by bikebook platform.
Bikebook co-founder Jake Fieldsend added: “Full supplier integration was something that our Workshop by bikebook users had signalled early on as something that would further enhance how they used the system to better service their customers and improve processes. Once the technical capability was built, it was clear and obvious for suppliers and distributors to see the benefits they can provide to their retail partners, supporting their processes and helping them to save time and money. We’re pleased to welcome Upgrade Bikes into the platform, connecting workshops and retailers with a range of impressive brands and products.”
