ZIV appoints Louise Böhler as Chief Business Development Officer at ZR

The ZIV has appointed Louise Böhler as Chief Business Development Officer for its subsidiary ZR Zweirad-Gesellschaft mbH.

In her new position, Böhler will be responsible for business development at ZR, with a clear focus on growth opportunities within the bicycle ecosystem. Böhler joins from the German National Cyclists’ Association (ADFC), where she was Head of the Tourism and Services Department.

“We see countless opportunities to rapidly advance our work for the industry, among others with offers from our limited liability company – for example, with a forward-looking industry congress together with VSF and Zukunft Fahrrad,” said Burkhard Stork, CEO of ZIV. “In light of last week’s developments, the focus has of course clearly shifted to the matter of an industry platform or trade fair. I’m very pleased that we can now get off to a flying start with Louise.”

Commenting on her appointment, Böhler said: “I look forward to developing new offers for the industry and association in line with the requirements and perspectives of our companies, to ensure needs and solutions are optimally coordinated.”
