ZyroFisher and CamelBak part ways after 25 years, Revelyst to distribute the hydration brand from 2026

One of the longest distribution partnerships in the industry is coming to an end, with ZyroFisher and CamelBak parting ways after 25 years.

ZyroFisher has released a statement confirming the change, which comes into effect at the end of this year, and noted it is handing CamelBak over in rude health. Revelyst – CamelBak’s owner as of 2023 – announced it was taking other brands within its portfolio like Giro and Bell direct to retailers at the end of 2024. CamelBak will join them and be distributed to dealers from 1 January 2026.

ZyroFisher expressed thanks to all partners that the company has worked with while representing the brand over the last 25 years. Tony Vickers, head of brands at ZyroFisher, commented: “Everyone at ZyroFisher is proud of what we and our partners have achieved with and for CamelBak. We have been distributing the brand in the UK for 25 years, and in that time, we have helped to define the hydration category through core CamelBak products, including its world-renowned reservoirs, iconic Podium bottles and Thrive series. We’ve also played a key role in activation through events, making sure that the brand has a high profile and well-respected position in the grassroots running and cycling communities.

“ZyroFisher supplies a vast network of specialist independent and multiple retailers around the UK and Eire, and we have introduced CamelBak to many of those. We will continue to support the brand and its products throughout 2025, and CamelBak will be in an excellent position when we pass the baton over.”

ZyroFisher will this year celebrate its 30th anniversary. The company is based out of headquarters in Darlington, North East England, that incorporate offices and a state-of-the-art, bonded 100,000 sq. ft warehouse that is capable of managing a wide range of distribution channels for more than 25,000 product lines from one location. The firm now employs 140 staff and with key brands like SRAM, Continental, EVOC, Tifosi and Torq under its distribution umbrella, as well as its own cycling apparel, luggage and accessories brand Altura.
