Madison to distribute Jimmy’s Iced Coffee line in UK and Ireland

Madison has taken stock of iced coffee label Jimmy’s, which it is now distributing to its retail network in the UK and Ireland.

Reportedly worth £50 million in 2015, the iced coffee market is projected to triple its growth by 2019, according to IRI.

The Jimmy’s Iced Coffee range is made up of three products, the Skinny, Mocha and Original. All come in cartons of 330 ml and have an SRP of £1.99. The company was started by Dorset-born Jim Cregan back in 2010 after spending time in Australia and seeing a gap in the UK market. He teamed up with his motorbike riding sister to create this unique company, creating wonderful new recipes late at night in her own café.

Cregan said: “We are stoked to be working with Madison as it’s a great fit for us. We love being sold in places that work well for our drinkers, whether it’s a petrol station or a convenience store. Having a link into cycling and being a part of Madison’s efforts to bring a ‘cafe style’ life into stores is something really exciting to be a part of.”

Oliver Collins, senior brand manager at Madison, added: “We are delighted to be working with Jimmy’s Iced Coffee to help them continue their growth. We’re seeing a growth in the relationship between Coffee and cyclists, with more and more retailers offering Café spaces in stores. On top of this Jimmy’s has positioned itself with similar values and goals as our retailers and customers who clearly have a passion for the outdoors. We also already both sponsor Blake Samson – so it really did make sense to team up on this one. We’re really looking forward to a great summer and the future ahead.”
