2Pure appoints Russell Stout Head of Digital

2Pure has announced Russell Stout will join the team as Head of Digital, with the remit to manage online promotion and sales for the distributor’s brands.

Stout will work with 2Pure’s Channel Managers on strategies to deliver sales, value and support for brands, retailers and end consumers.

Having notched up 30 years of marketing communications experience, Stout joins 2Pure from Shand Cycles, a business he set up in 2011 with Steven Shand manufacturing adventure touring bikes in the UK.

Prior to that, he founded Whitespace, a digital design and advertising agency working across a range of blue-chip clients.

No stranger to the cycle world, Stout enjoys competing in cyclocross and MTB marathons, as well as Audax and multi-day events.
