Beeline Connect reaches 2,000 bike shops milestone

Online platform for bicycle retailers Beeline Connect now has over 2,000 active bicycle retailer locations now using its platform, designed to streamline operations and grow businesses.

Set up in 2019, Beeline Connect provides a wide suite of software tools and gives retailers the added functionality to connect with dozens of different Brands, as well as attract new riders and develop additional sources of revenue, says the firm. The 2,000-plus locations consist of a full spectrum of bicycle retailers including physical stores such as single locations and large multi-state operators, as well as mobile locations consisting of single owner-operators and larger franchised fleets.

300 bike shops have joined Beeline Connect since September last year, with the service also allowing bike brands to link consumers to local workshops via embedded online service scheduling functionality.

“As a retailer I have to constantly think about how I can offer multiple channels to interact with my existing customers that meet their diverse needs, as well as how I can attract new customers,” said Sean Condon, owner of Speed and Sprocket Cycle Works. “The Beeline Connect tools have been instrumental in our ability to accomplish both and is one of the reasons I believe we’ve been so successful since we’ve started using the platform.”

Neil Macc, CRO of Beeline Connect, added: “We are delighted to have reached this important milestone, and we’re proud to be supporting so many independent bicycle retailers. Our platform is designed to help a broad range of different bicycle retailer businesses thrive and we believe that our growth is a testament to the value that we’re bringing to the industry.”

Beeline Connect said it is poised to continue its rapid growth in the years ahead with several new products and services in the pipeline and it “remains committed to helping bicycle retailers thrive in an ever-changing industry”.
