Bianchi launches e-Vertic eBike range

Bianchi has launched a new range of e-Vertic bikes featuring a unique frame concept designed specifically to optimize the eBike ride experience.

The new family of eBikes spans a range including the 160mm travel FX-Type Pro full-suspension carbon e-MTB, an aluminium full-suspension framed e-Vertic FX-Type, and aluminium X-Type hardtail e-MTB, alongside the T-Type e-Tourer and C-Type e-Urban bikes.

Off-Road performance with e-Vertic FX-Type Pro

The full carbon e-Vertic FX-Type Pro model leads the way. Here Bianchi engineers and designers have created a 160mm travel Enduro e-MTB with a distinctive aesthetic. The full-suspension carbon frame is characterised by carbon sections joining the top tube and the downtube – an engineering solution which carries across the entire e-Vertic range, ensuring greater front-end stiffness and improved responsiveness.

The progressive geometries of the frame sees the e-Vertic FX-Type Pro featuring a very short back end, optimized for power transfer to the rear wheel, easily overcome the steepest sections. The front end features an open head angle of 66° providing stability, paired with a 50 mm stem and 780 mm handlebar – combining to give the e-Vertic FX-Type Pro a performance focused ride feel.

The e-Vertic FX-Type Pro is completed by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor unit, with 85Nm torque and an integrated 750Wh Powertube battery that guarantees a maximum range of 155km. To offer greater control in the most challenging areas, Bianchi engineers have lowered the battery position and rotated the power package backwards, giving riders an e-MTB with a lower centre of gravity for more control and responsiveness.

The new e-Vertic FX-Type Pro will be available available from September onwards in the original iridescent green colour with a matt anthracite base.

e-Vertic T-Type and e-Vertic C-Type: daily thrills

For those who want their everyday rides to have a dash more adrenalin, there are e-Vertic T-Type and C-Type.

The Tourer and Urban versions of the e-Vertic are characterised by the step-through frame to make it easier to get on and off the saddle even while wearing normal clothing. An integrated mudguard-luggage rack system protects riders and luggage from dirt whilst also offering a load capacity of up to 25kg. Finally, the 65 Lux light system with front and rear lights ensure maximum active and passive visibility.

The Tourer and Urban models are equipped with a Bosch Performance Line CX motor and a dual 400Wh and 500Wh battery option. E-Vertic T-Type is available in grey, emerald green and gold stone, while C-Type is available in elegant grey and champagne.
